Hailing from Croatia, Egoless project started in 2009. with No Ego, No Problems! EP that quickly gained recognition in international garage & dubstep scene. After releasing “Back Home” tune on Echodub label hosted by DFRNT he is invited to do his first vinyl releases on Lo Dubs label. The first 12” called “Rainbow Dub” featuring brass section of last year Rototom competition winners, Irie FM has been sold out nearly two months after release and was even dubbed live by one of the originators of Dub, Scientist. The next 12” , recent release was “Before / After EP” showcasing both his signature reggae centric garage, and a dancefloor bass and drum workout, also tipped the bestselling charts on Juno, Beatport, ReggaeRecord etc. while the Aside “Before Dub” was described by the legendary ErnieB as a “fantastic straightup reggae dub” .
His remix work includes official dub version of Marlon “Ganja Farmer” Asher & Leah Rosier tune “Amsterdam” and a remix of Substep Infrabass tune “Monotonium” . His compilation called “Selected Works ‘09 ‘12” was even selected by one Croatian music critic in top three most important releases last year in Croatia. Besides this project he currently plays keyboard in band ST!llness, and guitar in improvisational riddim band ITal Jam with whom he performed on last years Outlook Festival. His tunes were showcased on radio stations like BBC Radio 1, 1xtra, Radio 6, Sub.FM, Rinse.FM, Kane.FM, Minstry of Sound and gained support from DJ / producers such as J:Kenzo, Rob Smith (RSD), Diccon (BlackBox), Headhunter, Bunzer0, DFRNT, Kion and many others… In 2013. he started his live project, focusing on live dub techniques developed by Jamaican artists in the 70ies, with multitrack recordings manipulated by analogue mixer and various effects, musically ranging from traditional dub to more experimental dubstep vibes with firm dub roots, as you can expect on Seasplash this year.
