On 20th June 2016. Fort Punta Christo opens its doors for all visitors and presents new weekly program \u201cTJEDNI DJIR\u201d during which visitors will be able to enjoy great fun and spend quality time in the unique ambience of historic cultural heritage.<\/p>\n
The program name \u201cTjedni Djir\u201d refers to different cultural events which will be held through week days, from Monday to Friday, between 20th June till 19th August 2016. Fort will be open for visitors from 5 p.m. till midnight with free entrance for all.<\/p>\n
\u201cTjedni Djir\u201d will present different formats od cultural events: exhibitions, music happenings presenting different kind of music genres, video\/film projections, etc., and promote musicians, artists, performers, cultural workers, various cultural projects, collectives, initiatives, etc.<\/p>\n

\n<\/i>The Opening Night – \u201cTjedni Djir\u201d
\n<\/b>On the opening night visitors will be able to enjoy in unique environment inside the historical fortress Punta Christo. Visitors will be offered with refreshments, good company and music program.<\/p>\n
\n<\/i>Exhibition by VisuaLab\/EduSplash platform participants
\n<\/b>The exhibition will present the photos of VisuaLab\/EduSplash platform participants engaged in educational program \u201cPhotography \u2013 The Basics\u201d. Exhibited photos will show the most striking moments of the opening of Seasplash Summer Club and Fort Punta Christo which were documented and recorded by participants with mentorship of photographer Daniel Kir\u0161i\u0107. His recent original photos will also be incuded in the exhibition. Furthermore, the visitors will be able to enjoy video projections of different photo, video and audio-visual original works made by participants of educational programs \u201cCamera recording and editing\u201d and \u201cPhotography \u2013 The Basics\u201d in period from 2015. till now. Marko Grbac Knapi\u0107, the conductor of educational program Ableton Lab, will present advanced conceptual higher level of educational program through his project called “Music in the Air”. The presentation will show how Ableton Live is used as a platform for the production of different sounds recorded in open and closed public spaces (“field recordings”) thus creating the unique music. https:\/\/mgkmusica.bandcamp.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n
\n<\/i>Brada & Luka Selecta
\n<\/b>Brada Selecta and his 16 year old colleague from the nearby \u0160tinjan, will present a respectable selection of reggae & dancehall music. Brada Selecta, longtime member of King Shango Collective and Pulap Reggae Stationa, this summer will be presented as host of the program \u201cTjedni Djir\u201d.

\n<\/b>Arboretum Collective is celebrating their five year anniversary. With their performance in Fort Punta Christo they will announce their birthday party for the next evening in Fort Turtijan.
