Voditelj radionice je samouki chef Goran Zgrabli\u0107, a za glazbu je zadu\u017een DJ Pez.<\/p>\n<p>U drugom izdanju Gastro cLABinga u Kota\u010du, chef Goran Zgrabli\u0107 poku\u0161at \u0107e sahraniti mit da vegetarijanska ili veganska prehrana deblja i nije pogodna za sporta\u0161e jer je bogata ugljikohidratima, a siroma\u0161na proteinima. \u0160tovi\u0161e, mnogi vjeruju da hraniti se vege zna\u010di jesti bezukusnu hranu okusa na karton.
