The duo under the pseudonym Low Committee are enthusiasts whose musical paths have merged in the manners of house and techno club music. The stacking factor for the 19th Seasplash Festival was the common interest in reggae culture and the act of dubbing itself. Inspired by listening to various genres and the same amount of soundsystem culture, they are presenting their roots reggae dub selection at Seasplash this year.
