The tallest colossus in Dubstep might just be the Croatian beat maker Vedran Pušić. Better known as 207, he started out as an oldschool hip-hop producer back in the day. Throughout time, he has experienced great progression through sound, as he now turns any sample library into one hell of a production.
Having visited Outlook Festival for the first time in 2010, he remains one of the most reoccurring headliners of the festival. Feeling at home within the various niches of Bass music, the colossus received support from only the best, such as J. Kenzo, J. Sparrow, Distance, N-Type, Biome, EGOLESS, Nurve, TRUTH & Joe Nice. Altogether resulted in some mammoth titles on monumental record labels such as Macabre Unit Digital, Biscuit Factory, Deep Dark & Dangerous and self-owned Untied. With best selling dubstep album of January 2018, featuring remixes by Caski and collabs with Kodin, Nurve and Sqz Me the producer writes hit after hit.
This is the very reason the future of 207 is bright: with a few releases on the horizon, including the ‘510 Riddim’ on Untied featuring remix support from Cimm, DubDiggerz & ARtroniks, the Croatian musician continues to bring heat to the clubs. One thing is certain: book 207 and it’ll be all about bassweight & harsh percussion which will rule your dance.
