Sandokan Hifi is a Roots & Culture Soundsystem, originally from Germany but based in Zagreb since 2015, where it is the organizer and resident sound system of successful Dub Disorder sessions in Attack! / AKC Medika. Founded in 2006, Sandokan Hifi can look back to quite a bit of history: From the first DIY sessions in a local squat to the construction of own speaker boxes and being active in various German cities and European countries, East and West, Sandokan Hifi always kept promoting the social-revolutionary essence of Roots & Culture in various styles of Reggae. A carefully built up record collection shows that Sandokan Hifi deals with history of Reggae music. Whether it is Roots, Rub-A-Dub or heavy Dubwise, Sandokan Hifi plays crucial tunes from all ages of Reggae music on 100% vinyl, making a session like a live radio show not just to entertain but also to educate.
