Urban Penetration is an event by which the Seasplash Association enters various facilities located in Pula and which don’t usually hold similar cultural-entertainment or sports events, but are being repurposed. This year’s Urban Pentration presents 2nd edition of New skills on the block, programe which presents new youth skills – parkour and free run.
