EDO MAAJKA (BiH, Israel)
The biggest hip hop head in the Balkans and the ambassador of the scene is coming to the 14. Seasplash! Edin Osmić, better known as Edo Maajka, was born in 1978. in Brčko (BiH). As he says himself: “Call me mother, call me mommy!” He began his career as the MC of the HC band Discord (Defence), and after that he becomes part of FMJAM and Disciplinska Komisija. Edo fast became one of the most prominent and recognisable names in the ex-Yugoslavia area. His debut album Slušaj Mater came out in 2002, after which Edo becomes a new name on the Blackout project.
The 2nd album, No Sikiriki came out in 2004., Stigo Ćumur in 2006., Balkansko, a naše in 2008., and the last album Štrajk Mozga was released in 2012. This year he released his new hit Ojojoj for Morris Studio. Among other things he does movie music and cartoon synchronisation. His songs often talk about social injustice, love, hate, war, nationalism, people, hip hop, graffiti and similar themes. He was influenced by a wide array of artists like: Rambo Amadeus, TBF, Safet Isović, Miladin Šobić, Azra, Zabranjeno Pušenje, Disciplina Kičme, Atomsko Sklonište, Majke and Rupa u Zidu. But it is certain that Edo influenced many new artists through his rich music career!

BAMWISE (Croatia)
Bamwise is a six-piece band from Zagreb, Croatia, a collaboration of five musicians and a VJ gathered around an idea of playing electronic dub music. They are a combination of three synths, drums, bass, guitar, vocal, lots of effects, video projection and main idea of inspiring people to listen, think and act for themselves. Musically, they bring both “synthetic” and “acoustic” elements into a raw sound, with an accent on drum and bass as the original recipe for dub reggae music. Their music is inspired by Jamaican dub and reggae artists but taken to a new level by combining various elements of modern electronic music, especially by following recent UK & French dub productions and mixing it with their own take on underground bass music. They are recording new material for their debut album which will see a vinyl release on Croatian label PDV in early autumn.

DUB ENGINE (Italy)
Dub Engine is an Italian live and studio project created in 2009 by musicians Tux (dubmaster, fx) and Sabry (vocals, synth). Ruff bass, acid upbeat synths, infinite delays and tons of wobbles are the trademark of Engine’s sound, part of that new generation of dub coloured by various music genres: from roots-reggae to its electronic descendants like stepper, jungle and dubstep. Deeply influenced by UK & French new millennium dub era, they started to evolve their live style towards a new psycho-steppa way, an original dub musical expression where voices, effects and basslines explode in an intense high-impact psychedelic sound. They’ve shared the stage with international dub artists like Zion Train, O.B.F, Alpha & Omega, Mad Professor, Martin Campbell, Jahtari, spreading their vibes in most of the festivals/clubs in Italy and Europe. Revealed in 2010 with an 8-track release under free CC license on Irie On Air net-label, they appeared on several European compilations before signing Rude Boy in 2011 on Dubatriation Records, their first 7″ vinyl release.
